Regenerative Living for a Thriving Planet
At Kriya House, we are inspiring growth and sustainability by regenerating little plots of Earth and we are building community through permaculture practices!
Coined in the 1970s by Bill Mollison and David Holmgren, permaculture blends “permanent” with “agriculture” or “culture.” It describes a system for creating sustainable, self-sufficient habitats that work with nature, not against it. These Long-term systems replenish resources instead of depleting them. Originally about farming, permaculture now extends to energy, housing, economics, and community life.

Experience Regeneration and Lasting Impact
Regenerative farming practices restore soil, water cycles, and biodiversity. Kriya House seeks to hold land in trusts, so today’s work creates stable housing, renewable energy, water catchment, food security, and holistic well-being for generations to come. With expertise and hands-on teams, we make it possible for new communities to take root and thrive, and for homeowners to transform their lawns into something better.

Sustainable Ecovillage Network
a decentralized mesh network that connects regenerative communities, enabling them to share resources, exchange support, and stay resilient even when larger systems fail. Each community hosts its own small, low-power server/router, linking directly with nearby villages to create a self-healing web of connection. This local-first, global-sync model keeps communities communicating, trading, and learning together—while syncing with broader networks like the Global Ecovillage Network for education and visibility. In short, SEVN serves as the digital nervous system for resilient, regenerative living.
Regenerative Living for a Thriving Planet
Why Now
Elders are aging without integrated, meaningful ways to live in community. Younger generations, even working full time, can’t afford the simple, land-based lives they long for. Meanwhile, family networks that once supported intergenerational living have fractured. The result: isolation, burnout, and land that’s out of reach for the very people who want to care for it.
Kriya House is restoring the village.
We’re creating a model for intergenerational mutual aid where elders contribute wisdom and resources, and younger adults contribute energy and stewardship. Together, we regenerate land, share abundance, and ensure that no one’s home can ever be sold from under them.
Now is the moment to act—before the next generation loses all access to land and before another wave of elders ages in isolation.
Our Vision and Your Partnership
Our hope is to secure land in trust, where community members can live and work for life—producing food, care, and education that regenerate both people and planet.
You can find more on the “About” page, but this is our founding team:
- Chantae – farm and animal care expert, steward of soil and stock.
- Ryan – greenhouse builder and mycology specialist, designing resilient systems.
- Emmy – hostess, caregiver, and teacher, weaving people and purpose together.
Together we coordinate administration, education, food service, and land management—supported by a wider network of mechanics, builders, artists, and healing arts practitioners ready to join the fold.
Your investment seeds a replicable model of intergenerational living and ecological regeneration:
- Land held in trust, never for speculation
- Homes and livelihoods secured for life
- Education, food production, and wellness services that pay for themselves
