Our Core Services
Companionship & Conversation
Warm, open-hearted presence, no matter what we do! We have many options for activites such as reading, sharing stories, and having meaningful talks that honor lived experiences.
Mobility Coaching & Fall-Prevention
Practical coaching for safe movement at home and in the community — together we can perform effective exercises to build balance, strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. We will also regularly perform home safety checks so our elders can continue to live, walk, and play with confidence.
Part-Time Care & Household Support
For a limited amount of clients, we can assist with meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, grocery runs, and transportation to appointments. As we build our collective of Caring Heart Service providers, we will be able to help more elders in need of this support.
Technology Help & Connectivity
We have a collective of tech-savvy friends who are ready to assist with troubleshooting, optimizing, and training you on Phone, tablet, and video-call use so elders can have wholesome forms of entertainment and stay connected with family and community.
Mindfulness & Spiritual Sense-Making
Guided breathing, and practices to steady the nervous system. Open-minded conversations casting a wide net on humanity’s spiritual legacies to make sense of life, death, and consciousness. Through this lens, we can provide support during transition phases from the norm of independent living to accepting dependence on others.
